Our founders, Brad McQuhae and Balbir Sidhu, created König in the early 1990s.
Brad founded and grew NSI into one of the most notable and successful brewing equipment brands until its sale in 2016. Balbir worked at Newlands as Senior Engineer and VP Engineering and Manufacturing for over 25 years.

Bringing knowledge & expertise.
We were told that König was the “Cadillac” of all brewing systems so when we decided to move ahead with them we knew we were getting the best product on the market. With the uncertainty of bringing our tanks in from overseas, König stepped up and wanted to manufacture everything locally which met our timelines for opening up.
