This was our first venture into the brewing industry. As long term homebrewers, we knew a little about making beer but, when it came to the commercial sized production of beer, we were newbies. We looked around at many companies throughout North America, locally, and overseas. After weighing the pros and cons, we decided to go with KÖNIG and have been more than pleased with our choice ever since.
